How long will it take to receive my order?

Personalized keepsakes require additional time because you’ll receive a proof to approve before printing begins. Estimated processing and shipping times will always be provided before you complete your order.

Do you offer personalized designs?

Yes. Many Grace & Wonder keepsakes can be personalized using photographs and information you provide. Each personalized piece is thoughtfully created just for you, creating a one-of-a-kind keepsake you’ll treasure for years to come.

Will I see my personalized design before it is printed?

Absolutely. You will receive a proof of your personalized artwork for approval before printing begins. We won’t print your item until you’re happy with your design.

Can I request changes to my personalized proof?
