A clear photo helps us create the closest possible likeness of your loved one.
For the best results, please provide:
• A close, clear photograph taken straight-on
• Soft, even lighting with no harsh shadows
• Eyes fully open and looking toward the camera
• A natural smile and the entire face visible
• No sunglasses, hats, filters, or hair covering the face
• The original, full-size photograph—not a screenshot
If possible, please submit two or three different photos so we can choose the best reference.
We will carefully review your photographs before beginning. If none of them will produce a good likeness, we will contact you and request another photo.
